Our Story
Affordable Therapy in Toronto was founded with a single, clear mission: to make therapy accessible to every person who needs it, regardless of their financial situation. We recognized that cost is one of the biggest barriers to mental health care - and we set out to change that.
Our practice operates through a supervised intern therapist model. Our therapists are graduate students completing their supervised clinical hours - bringing fresh, evidence-based training, dedicated personal attention, and genuine enthusiasm for the work. All sessions are supervised by experienced, registered clinicians to ensure the highest standard of care.
By keeping our rates affordable, we've been able to help hundreds of Torontonians access the support they need to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Our Mission
To make quality therapy accessible to everyone in Toronto by offering affordable rates, flexible options, and a welcoming environment where all clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Our Vision
A Toronto-based psychotherapy clinic where no one goes without mental health support because of financial barriers. We believe access to therapy shouldn't be a challenge.
