How does billing work?
We offer reduced-rate therapy through our supervised intern model. Our therapists are graduate-level clinicians working toward full registration under the supervision of registered professionals. This allows us to offer significantly lower rates without compromising on care quality.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes! We offer both online (virtual) and in-person sessions. Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video platform and are just as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns.
How do I book my first session?
The easiest way to book is through our Jane App booking link. You can browse available therapists, select a time that works for you, and receive instant confirmation. You can also send us a message if you'd prefer guidance on choosing the right therapist.
How can I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule through the Jane App booking system. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another client in need.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in your therapy sessions is strictly confidential. We follow all professional and legal standards. There are only very limited exceptions (e.g., risk of harm to self or others), which your therapist will explain at the start of treatment.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and adolescent therapy. Our therapists draw on various evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, SFBT, mindfulness-based methods, and trauma-informed care.
