• Therapy Information: Session dates, notes, and treatment progress (kept confidential)

We retain personal health information only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements:

• Active therapy: Information is retained during your treatment and for follow-up services
• Post-treatment: Records are retained for 7 years after treatment ends (or as required by law)
• Minors: Records for clients under 18 are retained for 7 years after age 18
• Deletion: After retention periods, information is securely destroyed
